Job Agreement

Main points:

• Student has to work according to dates in agreement. Most employers are very serious about it and easily report to DoS and local US consulates, if student violates agreed dates.

• No refund in visa denial case or if students cancel the program themselves, BUT:

• You can replace denied students for FREE, if employer agrees. This is not a problem for jobs like housekeeping, kitchen help.

• In case employer changes his plans (hired 8 in December, but realized he needs 6-7 in Aprill), we either make a full refund or find another job - it's up to you. We avoid such situation, hiring a little less than needed.

Process:

Please join our Facebook and Google groups to receive latest J1 jobs.

Send us profiles of students(resumes and Excel table attached, and video link-described below). We'll let you know date and time if employer requires an interview.

Please put in Excel that students are together only if they can’t go alone, as it’s difficult to place groups.

Employer completes your visa sponsor's employment agreement form, you send it to your sponsor to verify.

After confirmation from visa sponsor, you pay 100%. We help to coordinate arrivals and airport pickups(if provided by employer).
