Strenghten your senses is a type of diet commandment. You
may notice how your senses weaken as you age because these changes happen
slowly. But that doesn’t make any less important.
Taste
Your sense of taste weakens as your taste buds age, and it
makes herbs even more valuable. Smoking
also dulls your taste buds, so abstaining smoking, along with other health
benefits of quitting, can help you maintain your ability to enjoy your food.
Sight
Get your eyes checked regularly, whether you currently wear
glasses or not because natural aging of the proteins in the lens of the eye can
lead to cataracts and also other types of eye abnormalities. Also, make sure
that you are eating your carrots and other food sources of vitamin A and beta-
carotene, to help your night eyesight remain at it’s best.
