Low Fat Desserts

As we all know, low fat means lose weight. If you are fond of eating desserts, you may prefer desserts with low fat. There are some low fat desserts that satisfy your sweet tooth without blowing your diet to pieces:

-          Angel food cake with fresh fruit. Save at least 100 calories per 2 ounces slice over regular iced cake.
-          Baked apple with fruit juice and cinnamon. Save at least 100 calories over a candy bar.
-          Fresh or frozen fruits, such as bananas, grapes or berries. Save 200 calories per serving over ice cream.

-          Ginger snaps, vanilla wafers, or Fig Newtons. ( Save approximately 20% calories per serving over most other cookies.)
